Community Involvement is the power to bring positive, measurable change to both the communities in which you operate and to your Firm. SPS Canada’s Community involvement focuses in-kind, financial donations, employee volunteer days, enduring non-profit partnerships, and more. Our corporate community involvement has never been stronger, in fact, we have learnt the benefits of corporate community involvement has two-fold: providing positive give-back to local charitable organizations & neighborhoods and encouraging company performance values, such as reputation and moreover our in-house team’s engagement.
SPS Canada Group supports many charitable and not-for-profit organisations that works to enrich and strengthen our local communities across North America. Our President and Senior Immigration Practitioner, Mr. Pradyuman Jhala, has always supported youth and young talent. Being an Immigrant himself he has experienced the challenges that a newcomer could face.
A newcomer needs to face many challenges like: study, work career, financial issues, cultural shock, and language barriers. At the same time, it also means that they have more opportunities to be exposed to a lot of new ideas and knowledge. This reversely guides them to figure out who they are and helps to engage the world in better ways. SPS Canada supports many events and tournaments were these newcomers could be involved and tries to make them feel home!
Following are such stories were SPS Canada took steps to get involved with our Community:
Atmiya Sports Club has been successfully organizing quality sporting events since 2009. All proceeds from events organized through Atmiya Sports Club are donated to their charity of choice, Yogi Divine Society Canada (YDS). YDS is a registered non-profit charitable organization with Canadian headquarters in Mississauga. YDS organizes numerous functions and activities with a focus on the betterment of society and local community.
APL is a much anticipated Cricket Tournament with over 190 players in a live auction creating 14 teams -- all playing for the coveted Atmiya Cup. SPS Canada salutes and supports the efforts Atmiya Sports club has been doing by strenghtening the strong history and tradition that unites the community.
Our Senior Immigration Practitioner & CEO, Pradyuman Jhala is a lifetime active member of Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) and as served as a Chari of the New Immigrants Committee.
