Devang Navin Parekh serves as the Regional Director and CXO at SPS Canada Group, bringing his expertise since 2011. With a background including roles at Idea-India and Ascendum KPS, Devang has honed his skills in operational pilot projects.

At SPS Canada, Devang cultivates a unique culture that empowers his team to excel in their roles. As a leader, he focuses on talent development, analytics, recruitment, client support, communication strategies, and consumer-facing marketing initiatives.

Devang holds an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Business Management – Finance & Banking from Lambton College of Applied Arts & Technology, Toronto, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India.

Additionally, Devang dedicates his time as an active volunteer at Yogi Divine Society in Mississauga, Ontario, focusing on youth welfare and social services. Outside of work, Devang’s passions include playing cajón, cricket, ping-pong, and writing insightful blogs

Jaspreet Kaur

Case Specialist | ESDC Programs

Jaspreet Kaur is the Case Coordinator of the Immigration Practice Team at SPS Canada Immigration Inc. Jaspreet specializes primarily in Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) and Economic Programs (Federal PR & Provincial Nominee Programs). Jaspreet joined SPS Canada in 2015.

As an Immigrant herself, she is dedicated to help other Immigrants and hopes to learn more about the Immigration system while assisting others on her journey. Its been almost 4 years since she joined SPS Canada and she has successfully helped individuals with Application for Permanent Residence, Provincial Nominee Program and Employers with Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications. She has worked with clients around the world to help them to migrate Canada. According to her, seeing people succeed in achieving their immigration goals and finally settling down in their new country is something that she experienced herself when she came to Canada few years ago, bring great contentment and a feeling of fulfillment. Perhaps the most notable trait in her personality is her willingness to have in person

meeting with each client to satisfy and answer their questions that helps them to understand their Immigration file process.

Prior of joining SPS Canada, Jaspreet has been a part of Brampton Multicultural Community Centre, Brampton, ON, Canada where she has worked with Newcomers to help them to facilitate their settlement and integration into Canada. Ms. Jaspreet Kaur received her Bachelor of Arts in General (2011) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India and her Ontario College Diploma – Social Service Worker (2014) from Sheridan College, Brampton, Canada.

In recognition of her outstanding community Involvement through her Internship with Helping Hands, Brampton, ON Canada, she was honoured with exceptional personal achievement of Social Service Worker – Community Involvement Award (2014) by Sheridan College, Brampton, ON Canada.

Outside the Office, Jaspreet loves to be in a community and uses her time to engage with those around her in positive and productive way. Jaspreet speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi. She enjoys reading, travelling and attending religious events.

Harpreet

Case Coordinator | Economic Programs

Harpreet is employed as a Case Coordinator of the Economic Programs in our establishment. She has worked with the Immigration Practitioner in assisting with inadmissibility and spousal sponsorship matters before the Immigration Division and the Immigration Appeal Division. However, she is exclusively committed to the Express Entry Applications.

She believes in the client focused approach with the needed balance of honesty, simplicity, and creativity. Harpreet holds the graduate certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution awarded by Humber College, Toronto and the Paralegal certificate awarded by the Centennial College, Scarborough, Canada. She is also the proud holder of the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (B.A.LL.B) degree awarded by Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garwal University, Uttarakhand, India.

She holds international legal experience by working with a High Court Advocate of Nainital, Uttarakhand, India, where she focused on family law, employment law and contract law. She has also interned with a District Government Counsel of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India where she learnt about the criminal law matters and procedure.

Ms. Kaur has been a part of various training programs offered by the reputed Organisations of Canada and was awarded the following certificates by them:

 Introductory Circle Training for Professionals Peacebuilders Canada, Toronto, ON

 Interpersonal Mediation – Conflict Resolution: St. Stephen Community House, Toronto, ON

Through her internships and volunteer work, she has been a part of wonderful learning experience with the Organisations like ‘The Gatehouse’ at Toronto, Canada and Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra (RLEK) in Uttarakhand, India.

Ms. Kaur loves to read! She was a state-level player for volleyball, and also, outdoor ‘Cricket’ is one of her favorite games!

Haramrit is waorking as a Case Coordinator at SPS Canada Immigration, she currently supports the team with her professional legal research and drafting skills. She is also responsible for handling firm’s social media content and assists in planning a long- term digital media strategy. Her involvement with immigration began during her course on immigration law at Osgoode Hall Law School. She is sensitive towards our client’s needs and researches well to advise them with effective immigration solutions.

She holds Master’s degree in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law from Panjab University, India. She is currently enrolled in the Ontario Bar Lawyer licensing process and is preparing for Bar examinations.

Haramrit has gained diverse experiences in legal and non-legal industry. She has previously practiced civil litigation at the Appellate Court, India and completed a PBSC placement at South Asian Legal Aid Clinic, Toronto. She is an experienced Editor with a demonstrated history of working in the digital media and marketing. A serial OBA attendee, she actively volunteers with Women Lawyer Forum and NCA Network by organizing professional events and contributing in policy development.

Haramrit strongly believes in a collaborative team culture and excels at building relationships to increase business efficiency. She passionately supports internationally trained lawyers/students to leverage their professional development through effective networking.

In her spare time, she spends her time exploring and capturing Toronto’s beautiful spaces and loves to ride bike in the summer season.
