Pradyuman Jhala

President & RCIC | Senior Immigration Practitioner

Pradyuman Jhala is the President & RCIC of SPS Canada Immigration and founder of the SPS Canada Group of Companies that includes SPS Canada Immigration, Student Placement Services Inc., SPS Canada Capital, SPS Canada Asset Corp. and South Asian International Student Association (SAISA). He is an active member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. He has also been appointed as the Commission of Oaths by the Ministry of the Attorney General, Ontario Canada. Pradyuman also serves Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) as a Director of Small Medium Enterprises (SME).

With over 15 years of experience as a Senior Immigration Practitioner, he handles all immigration related matters for global clients. Pradyuman has been instrumental in handling complex immigration cases for his clients in recent history preventing the Immigration Department from unfairly refusing immigrations applications. His appeal work covers all the divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board. He is also very well known for blogging best articles in the field of Immigration making him one of the top visited person to approach in social media.

With SPS Canada Group, he has always committed to provide excellent services to organization, individuals, families, who aim to settle down in Canada whether it’s their Immigration or Business Settlement Services. This encouraged him to use his knowledge, skills and experience to help individuals and families achieve their goal of migrating to Canada. He then received his Certificate of Immigration Consultant with Honours from Humber College, which gave him the knowledge and skills to work with clients as a regulated immigration consultant. He now assists individuals applying for Canadian visa on different grounds, such as study, work, visit, humanitarian, business, etc.

Business & Relations Manager

Devang Navin Parekh is SPS Canada’s business development & relations manager. He joined us in 2011 and has evolved with SPS Canada since then. He has previously worked with businesses like Idea-India and Ascendum KPS in their operational pilot projects.

 

Devang is responsible for creating and maintaining SPS Canada’s unique culture which enables his team to do the best work in their submissions. As the head of the team, Devang keenly works on talent development & analytics, recruiting, business & client support, communications strategy, Internet presence and other consumer-facing marketing strategies. With all this, we are pleased to say that Devang has overseen all the faces of SPS Canada in his journey.

 

Prior to this term of employment, he has secured Ontario Graduate Certificate in Business Management – Finance & Banking from Lambton College of Applied Arts & Technology in Toronto, Ontario. He also holds a bachelor’s in commerce Degree from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, India.

 

Furthermore, He is an active volunteer at Yogi Divine Society located in Mississauga, Ontario since January 2012. Yogi Divine Society (YDS) is a registered non-profit charitable organization primarily focused on youth welfare and social services.

Shridev works as Case Coordinator at SPS Canada Immigration and is currently responsible for the training & development of the team for Family class and Temporary Resident programs. He started his career at this firm as an Administrative Officer and accepted greater responsibilities within a short span of time. He is an expert in processing all kinds of temporary residents’ files and has built strong long-term relationships with his clients.

 

Shridev graduated in Business Management from Canadore College, Toronto, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University. He indulged in internships, volunteer work that helped him to build customer relations and serve them for better. His detail-orientated approach and flexibility to adapt to new environments make him an integral part of our team. Using his problem-solving skills, Shridev has helped many clients with suitable immigration solutions. He works with a positive attitude and that has contributed immensely in building our firm’s positive working culture.

 

Shridev believes that he has undergone a positive transformation from an introvert personality to become more engaging with people. This change has allowed him to appreciate diversity and contribute to Canada’s society through his work.

 

Sports is his favorite past time activity and he passionately follows cricket and volleyball. He also plays regularly in GTA cricket tournaments.

Client Liaison Manager

Forum Shah is an Client Liaison Manager at the SPS Canada Immigration. She is responsible to ensure smooth coordination between the SPS clients and the firm. She oversees the firm’s operations and proactively engages all the clients & prospects.

 

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Accounts & Finance awarded by Sardar Patel University, India. Prior to joining this firm, she worked as a Marketing Assistant at Opusing Corporation, Mississauga. She has three years of experience in financial risk and profitability management through her Chartered Accountant Assistant position in India.

 

She also dedicates her time connecting with her culture and spiritual needs. She routinely volunteers her time in organizing religious, cultural and at a spiritual center called BAPS (Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha).

 

Listening to Music and watching Bollywood movies is her favorite past time.

Harpreet is employed as a Case Coordinator of the Economic Programs in our establishment. She has worked with the Immigration Practitioner in assisting with inadmissibility and spousal sponsorship matters before the Immigration Division and the Immigration Appeal Division. However, she is exclusively committed to the Express Entry Applications.

 

She believes in the client focused approach with the needed balance of honesty, simplicity, and creativity. Harpreet holds the graduate certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution awarded by Humber College, Toronto and the Paralegal certificate awarded by the Centennial College, Scarborough, Canada. She is also the proud holder of the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (B.A.LL.B) degree awarded by Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garwal University, Uttarakhand, India.

 

She holds international legal experience by working with a High Court Advocate of Nainital, Uttarakhand, India, where she focused on family law, employment law and contract law. She has also interned with a District Government Counsel of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India where she learnt about the criminal law matters and procedure.

 

Ms. Kaur has been a part of various training programs offered by the reputed Organisations of Canada and was awarded the following certificates by them:

 Introductory Circle Training for Professionals Peacebuilders Canada, Toronto, ON

 Interpersonal Mediation – Conflict Resolution: St. Stephen Community House, Toronto, ON

 

Through her internships and volunteer work, she has been a part of wonderful learning experience with the Organisations like ‘The Gatehouse’ at Toronto, Canada and Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra (RLEK) in Uttarakhand, India.

 

Ms. Kaur loves to read! She was a state-level player for volleyball, and also, outdoor ‘Cricket’ is one of her favorite games!

Haramrit is waorking as a Case Coordinator at SPS Canada Immigration, she currently supports the team with her professional legal research and drafting skills. She is also responsible for handling firm’s social media content and assists in planning a long- term digital media strategy. Her involvement with immigration began during her course on immigration law at Osgoode Hall Law School. She is sensitive towards our client’s needs and researches well to advise them with effective immigration solutions.

 

She holds Master’s degree in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law from Panjab University, India. She is currently enrolled in the Ontario Bar Lawyer licensing process and is preparing for Bar examinations.

 

Haramrit has gained diverse experiences in legal and non-legal industry. She has previously practiced civil litigation at the Appellate Court, India and completed a PBSC placement at South Asian Legal Aid Clinic, Toronto. She is an experienced Editor with a demonstrated history of working in the digital media and marketing. A serial OBA attendee, she actively volunteers with Women Lawyer Forum and NCA Network by organizing professional events and contributing in policy development.

 

Haramrit strongly believes in a collaborative team culture and excels at building relationships to increase business efficiency. She passionately supports internationally trained lawyers/students to leverage their professional development through effective networking.

 

In her spare time, she spends her time exploring and capturing Toronto’s beautiful spaces and loves to ride bike in the summer season.

Jaspreet Kaur is the Case Coordinator of the Immigration Practice Team at SPS Canada Immigration Inc. Jaspreet specializes primarily in Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs) and Economic Programs (Federal PR & Provincial Nominee Programs). Jaspreet joined SPS Canada in 2015.

 

As an Immigrant herself, she is dedicated to help other Immigrants and hopes to learn more about the Immigration system while assisting others on her journey. Its been almost 4 years since she joined SPS Canada and she has successfully helped individuals with Application for Permanent Residence, Provincial Nominee Program and Employers with Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications. She has worked with clients around the world to help them to migrate Canada. According to her, seeing people succeed in achieving their immigration goals and finally settling down in their new country is something that she experienced herself when she came to Canada few years ago, bring great contentment and a feeling of fulfillment. Perhaps the most notable trait in her personality is her willingness to have in person

meeting with each client to satisfy and answer their questions that helps them to understand their Immigration file process.

 

Prior of joining SPS Canada, Jaspreet has been a part of Brampton Multicultural Community Centre, Brampton, ON, Canada where she has worked with Newcomers to help them to facilitate their settlement and integration into Canada. Ms. Jaspreet Kaur received her Bachelor of Arts in General (2011) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, India and her Ontario College Diploma – Social Service Worker (2014) from Sheridan College, Brampton, Canada.

 

In recognition of her outstanding community Involvement through her Internship with Helping Hands, Brampton, ON Canada, she was honoured with exceptional personal achievement of Social Service Worker – Community Involvement Award (2014) by Sheridan College, Brampton, ON Canada.

 

Outside the Office, Jaspreet loves to be in a community and uses her time to engage with those around her in positive and productive way. Jaspreet speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi. She enjoys reading, travelling and attending religious events.

Dan is a recent addition to the Team! She is a Marketing coordinator (Intern) at SPS Canada Immigration, responsible for daily Social Media and Digital Media activities and also participates in assisting Management team to create and develop Marketing strategies and content for our clientele.

 

Dan is currently enrolled in Business Management at Lambton College, Toronto as the best student in her program. She also holds a Bachelor of Finance & Banking degree from Saigon University in Vietnam.

 

She has worked in different industries with more than three years of experiences in customer services and problem-solving skills that help her to best address customers’ concerns and ensure their satisfaction. She is an organized and conscientious person who always commits with her work and be able to handle multi tasks under time and workplace pressure.

 

Dan is a lifelong learner. She treasures the opportunity to exchange the knowledge and explore her abilities. She always takes challenges and failures as lessons and motivation to keep improving herself and accomplishing her life goals.

 

Dan has an active and creative lifestyle. She is a Bullet Journalist and loves traveling to experience different cultures and foods.

Deepshikha has recently joined the SPS Canada Team as a Case Coordinator. In this new role, she will be practicing in Temporary & Economic based Immigration programs while building long-term relationships with her clients who would like to make Canada their new home.

 

Ms. Chaudhary completed her Bachelor of Arts, Economics from York University, Canada. She has gained extensive experience working in logistics industry and has also served the Ministry of Attorney General as a Court Reporter. She is very meticulous and applies such skills while processing client’s files.

 

While in University, Deepshikha held intern positions in different firms in the GTA, assisting them with their administrative needs. These opporunities allowed her to serve clients and use her problem-solving skills to resolve their queries and ensure their satisfaction.

 

She has been an active volunteer in various community programs such as RUNG at Royal Ontario Museum, which has allowed her to connect with her roots, appreciate Canadian diversity and develop positive relationships with people from different walks of life.

 

Deepshikha is an avid reader and enjoys literature and fiction. She also loves expressing herself through painting and infusing calligraphy into her artwork. When not busy working, Deepshikha can be found outdoors, enjoying nature and going for a hike.

Soumyadip Saha is an Intake Specialist at the SPS Canada Immigration. He is responsible to ensure smooth coordination between the SPS clients and the firm. He oversees the firm’s operations and proactively engages all the clients & prospects.

 

He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration specializing in Marketing awarded by Maulana Abdul Kalam University of Technology (MAKAUT), India. Currently he is pursuing an Ontario Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Management. Prior to joining this firm, he worked as a Marketing Associate with Rogers, and Customer Service with TTC.

 

He also uses his time to volunteer in Fundraising for Not for Profit Organizations like World Vision, Canadian National Institute of the Blind (CNIB) and Healing Hugs (formerly known as CBM).

 

His favourite pass time is playing Ukulele (Hawaiian guitar), listening to music, reading thriller and suspense Novels and last but not the least watching soccer and movies.

She is from the land of Himalayas – Nepal, who has worked for a couple of years as digital content writer and marketer for the top tech companies in her home country. She is known for creating engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, to entice and engage the readers.

 

She is an organized individual with curiosity to get into details of the tasks she is working on, making sure to get the most out of it to perform outstandingly.

 

At SPS Canada, she will be taking care of digital marketing aspects, including content writing and marketing through social channels, search engine optimization, ads and events. In addition, she will also be involved in handling inquiries, and other series of processes SPS Canada takes in for smooth transition of clients to keep them happy and content throughout the process.

Mamta has recently joined SPS Canada to explore all the possibility coming in her way in the field of immigration. She has completed her LL.M (Hons) from Guru Nanak Dev University, India. She has hands on experience in the Court of Law and dealt with Criminal & Civil litigations. She was also appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Law dept at one of the recognized Universities of Punjab. She has a good command on the intellectual property and seeks her future in the immigrations and IPR discipline.

 

She has participated in Various Youth festivals and quiz competition in her Country. She has also achieved a Degree in Medical Laws with the purpose to help Victims of Domestic Violence.

 

In Canada, she completed her Post-graduation diploma in Public Relations and Event Management. She has participated in various volunteering act and raised funds for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Arch for Hospice.

 

Mamta strongly believes in learning new skills and abilities that helps to thrive in divers culture.  She believes that hard work and humble attitude is the best way to succeed in life. To serve the Humanity is her ultimate goal. She loves sports and believe in unity and diversity.

She has completed her Bachelors degree from DAV College, India and currently pursuing her Masters in Marketing Management & Professional Sales from Lambton College, Canada.

 

At SPS Canada, Anisha will work in collaboration with the student recruitment to make suggestions on improvements to the recruitment process and identify new opportunities and markets. She will actively develop firm’s business in target regions, promote programs and conduct market research & recruitment strategies.

 

Being a marketing enthusiat, She thrive off building connections and have invested most of her experience in service industry. She is passionate about Sales and Marketing, especially the changes that have taken place in the past few years with the digital world. She will help the firm incorporate changes to enhace the client experince in the Study Sector.
